At Frogs and Dogs, we release new collections twice a year. Our summer collection typically arrives around February, while our winter collection is released around August. Shipping
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €39. For orders under this amount, we charge a standard shipping fee of €4.95. For international orders within Europe, the shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated during checkout. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically shipped within the same day. The expected delivery time is usually 1 day (except for sundays), depending on your location.

Yes, during checkout, you can enter an alternative shipping address. This is useful if you want to send the order as a gift or have it delivered to a work address.
We always try to ship you order in a mailbox box, so the delivery is succesful even when you're not at home. If your order is shipped in a package and you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a note with instructions for a second delivery attempt or for picking up the package at a nearby collection point.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. As a result, we often cannot make changes to the shipping address or the order itself after it's been placed. We recommend contacting our customer service as soon as possible if you need to try to make a change.
Returns
You can return unused and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
To return an item, please contact our customer service to receive a return authorization and instructions. Once you have the return authorization, securely package the item(s) and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Yes, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
