Shipping

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are:

  • €4.95 for orders under €39,-
  • Free for orders from €39,-

The shipping costs to Belgium are:

  • €7.50 for orders under €39,-
  • Free for orders from €39,-

Delivery is via PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Cooling-off period/returns

It may happen that you want to return a product. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. Only the costs for returning from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense. We will then refund the product price within 7 days of receiving the return. If you return the entire order, you will receive the full order amount, including shipping costs.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That's not a problem at all. You can contact our customer service for this. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product you wish to exchange.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
